Overview
As a Receptionist you’ll be a face of the hotel, bringing a warm and friendly personality to work every day. You’ll be stepping into a busy role as part of a vibrant team, and you’ll be an ambassador for the hotel as the first person our guests meet. You’ll organise all aspects of the check-in and check-out processes, while offering guests a real 5-star experience.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests, handle check-in and check-out professionally, and provide exceptional hospitality.
* Assist guests with information, guidance, and local recommendations to ensure a great stay.
* Work collaboratively within a team to maintain smooth reception operations.
* Maintain high standards of presentation and guest service at all times.
* Support related front-desk tasks as required by hotel operations.
