About the Job
This is a varied and engaging position for a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience running a caseload of residential property transactions. You will join a close‑knit and supportive team handling matters from instruction to post‑completion.
Responsibilities
* Handle a busy caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases and re‑mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties
* Deliver clear, accurate legal advice to clients and third parties throughout the transaction process
* Utilise a Case Management System and ensure compliance with all procedures
* Maintain proactive communication with clients, agents and other solicitors to ensure seamless progression of matters
* Draft legal documentation and review contracts and title documents
* Liaise with other departments to support broader client relationships
* Support marketing and business development activities as required
About You
This opportunity suits a Residential Conveyancer who is passionate about property law and confident working independently while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. You’ll enjoy dealing directly with clients and guiding them through the legal process with care and clarity.
Qualifications
* Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
* Minimum 2 years’ experience handling residential property transactions
* Strong working knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
* Good IT skills, particularly with case management systems
* A commercial mindset and proactive approach to client service
