As HR Business Partner you will partner with SLT across a couple of business areas, you will also manage a small team of HR Advisor's and HR Administrator, reviewing and developing robust HR processes and systems.
As an experienced HR Business Partner you will have worked within operational unionised businesses, i.e Manufacturing, Distribution etc, and have managed a team and developed HR processes and systems.
