About the Roles
Teaching Assistant / Behaviour SupportYou’ll work closely with teachers to:
1. Support behaviour management in the classroom
2. Provide 1:1 support to students who need extra guidance
3. Help create a calm, positive learning environment
4. Build relationships with young people and act as a trusted adult
Cover SupervisorYou will:
5. Deliver pre‑planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
6. Manage the classroom and keep students on task
7. Maintain behaviour standards and ensure learning continues
No subject knowledge or teaching experience required – confidence, presence and strongmunication skills are what matter most.
