The Role
As a Sales Estate Agent, you will:
* Generate and convert new business opportunities
* Carry out property valuations and market appraisals (valuing experience would be highly advantageous)
* Market properties via online portals, social media, and tailored campaigns
* Conduct viewings and negotiate offers confidently
* Support vendors and buyers throughout the sales journey
* Build and maintain strong client relationships in the local community

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
* Estate agency or sales background (valuing experience an advantage)

* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – essential
