About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Director for Property, you will Act as a Finance Business Partner for the Estates division.This role partners with the Estates Director to drive performance, deliver insight, and influence strategy to create lasting value across Property.
You will also:
• Be a trusted partner to the Estates Director, influencing decisions and driving value.
• Lead financial forecasting and planning for major lease events.
• Provide insight, manage risk, and help hit key financial targets.
• Present sharp actionable reporting to senior stakeholders
• Step in for the Property Finance Director when needed.
• Support a high-performing, collaborative finance culture.
About You
• Qualified accountant with solid post-qualification experience
• Sharp technical and analytical skills (IFRS 16 experience a plus)
• Proven experience partnering across organisations.
• A confident communicator with the ability to simplify the complex.
• A positive, team player with a solutions-focused mindset who can challenge and improve those around them.
