About the Schools
We work on behalf of several fantastic special schools in the Wiltshire area (surrounding Melksham) that will require cover in classes from next term and beyond. These schools cater to a variety of SEMH & SEND environments for students aged 2-19, including needs such as SLD, MLD, PMLD, ASD, Complex Needs & SEMH.
The Role
The cover teacher role requires flexibility and adaptability. You will lead pre-planned lessons with support from permanent TAs in the schools. Strong classroom management skills and experience working with SEN/SEMH are essential, and candidates should be natural all-rounders.
While a QTS is preferred, we welcome applications from unqualified teachers and HLTA's with relevant experience. The schools prefer full-time availability but are also open to part-time candidates.
Working with Long-term Teachers
We are an independent agency working with nurseries, primary, secondary, and special schools. Our aim is to provide a transparent and straightforward service to help candidates secure their next role. We prioritize excellent support, listening, and valuing our candidates throughout the process.
Your dedicated consultant will understand your experience, skills, and preferences. You will receive regular updates on your application progress, compliance, and role opportunities.
