Location: Reading, Uk About The Job This position works with the Team focusing on increased productivity, compliance, tracking against goals and project management. This is an integral part of the team within the Franchise providing high quality support and coordination. Liaise and coordinate with external agencies as appropriate to meet Brand Team requirements. Support Brand Team with briefing docs.
Participation in monthly finance meetings assisting Brand Leads to keep track of budget.
Support to Field force team.
Logistic support for field based sales teams.
Records Management – Maintain the departments filing system in line with the records retention policy.
Update and maintain relevant information on Sharepoint.
Projects/Event Management
Events/Congress management in conjunction with the Speaker Meetings and Congress Project Manager.
Provide project management – supporting the department with ongoing projects.
Manage filing and archiving process as required in line with retention and destruction SOP.
Manage congress and exhibition materials management in conjunction with the Speaker Meetings and Congress Project Manager.
Management of monthly inventory report.
SuperUser for systems - Ebuy, Concur, Sharepoint, Easy invoice.
Upload PromoMats job bags for brand teams.
A member of the PA team, sharing best practice and networking. Maintains and role-models compliant behaviour around internal policies (travel, accommodation, financial approvals, expenses etc) ensuring compliance with relevant policies and SOPs.
Operates within a compliant framework, able to follow SOP’s and policies.
A team player with a flexible approach, able to collaborate and build cross-functional relationships.
Keyboard skills and computer packages MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, video conferencing tools etc.
