Print & Mail Room Operations Analyst - JP Morgan - London - Onsite - PAYE
We are seeking a Print & Mail Room Operations Analyst ideally with experience working with a variety of print machines with preference to Xerox machines to join JP Morgan in Bournemouth on an initial 6 months contract with a view to go permanent in the future. This role will be working between 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm.
Business Overview
As a Print & Mail Room Operations Analyst, you will ensure professionalism in all aspects of customer service, providing flexible and responsive assistance to clients and colleagues. You will have a 'can do' attitude with a flexible approach and use your own initiative to provide mail, courier and print solutions to internal clients, working as part of a team to support the DBS operation and other tasks within the management team.
Job Responsibilities:
* Operating functional equipment; including printing, scanning, inserting, sortation, x-ray and other equipment, as applicable.
* Receive and process incoming and outgoing work.
* Print and finish and distribute all submitted print requests and documents.
* Undertake Check management in line with processing procedures (where applicable).
* Scan documents/files and integrate into agreed document workflow/depositories.
* Arrange courier collection including required manifest(s) and documentation.
* Manage other logistics function such as shuttle bus operations and overnight shipping.
* Handling of specialized items and more complex inquiries, including possible extensive research.
* Inventory management and fulfillment for production centers.
* Respond to all requests and inquiries from end users of the DBS services.
* Identify non-compliant activities, resolve discrepancies and escalate as appropriate.
* Maintain basic record keeping and tracking of data as required by management.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Intermediate understanding and use of Microsoft Office products; (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook; including email & calendar).
* Must be comfortable with and have a solid understanding of basic business technology.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* An intermediate understanding of the English language, in verbal format and written format, is required.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* This role will working on a morning shift of 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm
Please note that this role is full time office based.

Pay: £175.00-£225.00 per day
