We are looking for a dedicated and versatileClassroom Teacherto deliver apre-planned, mixed curriculumto KS3 and KS4 students. You will teach across a range of subjects including English, maths, PSHE, and many more.
This is an ideal opportunity for a teacher who wants to focus on impactful, high-quality classroom delivery without the demands of planning and assessment.
This is part time position working Mondays and Thursdays.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, pre-prepared lessons to small classes of students with diverse needs
* Build strong relationships with pupils to support their academic and emotional progress
* Manage classroom routines and behaviour using trauma-informed and relational strategies
* Contribute to a calm, purposeful, and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with TAs and the wider pastoral team to support holistic development
The school is a small, nurturing alternative provision academy serving pupils aged 5-16 who are not currently accessing mainstream education. We specialise in supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), SEND, or those who have experienced disruption to their schooling.

We're looking for someone who is:
* A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent)
* Passionate about supporting young people facing barriers to learning
* Flexible and confident teaching across a range of KS3/KS4 subjects
* Skilled in behaviour management and building trust with vulnerable learners
* Reflective, emotionally intelligent, and a team player
You may have experience in alternative provision, SEND, SEMH or mainstream - or be seeking a fresh, meaningful challenge where you can make a real difference.
