* Lead and deliver a cohesive marketing and communications strategy
* Drive membership growth and retention through targeted campaigns
* Lead digital, website and emerging tech (including AI) development
* Manage budgets, performance reporting and campaign evaluation
* Lead, support and develop a high-performing marketing team
Qualifications
* Strong marketing and communications leadership experience
* Proven delivery of successful, results-led campaigns
* Excellent digital marketing knowledge (web, CMS/CRM, social)
* Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach
* Confident leader with excellent communication skills
