Shifts: Day Shift (7 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM)
Overview
My client, a leading FM contractor, is seeking a proactive and skilled Building Services Shift Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team at a prestigious site. This is a critical role within a fast-paced environment, ensuring the smooth operation of essential systems and delivering a first-class service to their client.

Responsibilities
PPM & Reactive maintenance
* Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation
* Carry out safe isolation of plants and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
* Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
* Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
* Organize, liaise with, and escort subcontractors.
* Completing logbooks and RAMS.
* Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Qualifications
* Fully qualified in either Electrical installations or Mechanical Engineering - C&G or NVQ or equivalent qualifications.
* At least 3 years experience prior within commercial maintenance.
* Client facing attitude.
* Minimum of 17th Edition / 18th Edition is desirable.
Essential Requirements
