This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of T Level construction courses and help shape the future of the built environment sector. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across a range of further and higher education programmes, with a focus on T Level construction. The role includes curriculum development, assessment, and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons and assess student work across Built Environment programmes.
* Develop curriculum materials and contribute to subject area development.
* Coordinate course teams and support the day‑to‑day running of programmes.
* Support learners through mentoring, guidance, and individualised learning plans.
* Participate in course verification, quality assurance, and departmental planning.
* Recruit and enrol students, meeting enrolment targets.
* Undertake professional development and contribute to the College's appraisal system.
Qualifications
* HNC/HND or degree in Construction Management or relevant industry experience.
* A demonstrable experience in a lecturing or training role within Further or Higher Education.
* Strong subject expertise to enhance the quality of taught programmes.
* Knowledge and experience of innovative learning and teaching techniques.
* Understanding of education/training initiatives and ability to use ICT as a teaching tool.

* Actual Salary: £13,727.32 – £17,375.49 per annum.
* Working Pattern: Wednesday & Thursday 8:30am – 17:00pm (15 hours per week), Competitive salary.
