A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Personal Assistant to the Vice President of Grid Solutions Europe & Africa, your day will be dynamic and varied. You'll begin by reviewing the VP’s calendar and prioritizing urgent tasks, while managing meetings, travel arrangements, and inbox communications. You may find yourself organizing an internal strategy session in the morning, coordinating with overseas teams mid-day, and preparing a board-level presentation in the afternoon.
1. You’ll support key initiatives across the Grid Solutions Europe & Africa region by ensuring seamless executive coordination and communication.
2. Your ability to handle sensitive information, logistics, and planning will directly impact leadership effectiveness and team cohesion across borders.
3. You’ll work in a supportive, fast-paced team culture that values proactivity, collaboration, and professionalism, with frequent interactions across departments and geographies.
How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Deliver high-level executive support through diary management, inbox organization, and internal/external communications.
5. Manage complex travel arrangements, including international itineraries and visa requirements.
6. Organize and coordinate both internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up actions.
7. Support key administrative processes including expense management, document preparation, and event planning.
8. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP.
9. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while ensuring that executive priorities are met with precision.

What You Bring
10. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally in a global or fast-paced corporate setting.
11. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
12. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms like Teams.
14. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage shifting deadlines.
15. A collaborative, professional attitude with a strong sense of discretion and responsibility.
