About The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the most prestigious names in the architecture world! Our client, a globally renowned and highly sought-after architecture studio is seeking a PR Manager to join them on a 12-month contract as soon as possible.

Within this role, you will lead PR activity across the Europe region, partnering with the leadership team in our client’s international offices. This is a dedicated PR position, giving you the freedom to focus on storytelling, media relationships, and thought leadership, supported by a PR Coordinator. As a key member of the Regional Marketing team, you will shape and deliver the PR strategy, ensuring the studio’s work and people are showcased in ways that bring the company’s brand identity to life. The ideal candidate will have strong media contacts in the design industry and proven experience delivering both internal and external communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver and oversee the European PR strategy across multiple offices, aligning local storylines with a global narrative
* Lead high-profile media campaigns, speaking opportunities, and industry event participation for senior leadership
* Build and maintain strong media relationships to secure impactful coverage
* Manage interviews, media briefings, and journalist follow-ups in collaboration with the PR Coordinator
* Oversee regional content and social channels, ensuring stories are amplified on firmwide platforms
* Guide decision-making on crisis communications and manage external partnerships
* Track PR reach and engagement, using data to inform future strategy

Key Skills/Requirements:

* Degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field
* Extensive PR experience, ideally in architecture, design, real estate, or related industries
* Strong network of media contacts across trade, lifestyle, news, and business outlets
* Proven record in placing high-impact stories and managing senior stakeholders
* Skilled in crisis communications and risk management
* Excellent communication, writing, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
* Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Cision experience preferred
* French and/or German language skills are an advantage
