As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and personable Mortgage Retention & Relationship Manager to join our team. If you have a talent for engaging with people, understand the mortgage market, and can spot opportunities to add value to existing clients, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role

This is not a cold-calling role. You’ll be working with warm clients — people who already know and trust our brand. Your mission is to:

* Retain existing mortgage clients by proactively engaging ahead of product expiry dates
* Build and nurture high-value relationships, particularly with long-standing portfolio clients
* Generate organic new business from our existing database through intelligent conversations and relationship-building
* Conduct regular check-ins via phone and occasional face-to-face meetings
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling or referrals where appropriate
* Collaborate with advisers and admin teams to deliver an exceptional client experience

About You

* Strong background in mortgage retention, account management, or client services
* Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
* Highly organised, with good CRM habits and follow-up discipline
* A self-starter who thrives on proactive outreach and relationship management
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) desirable, but not essential if you have industry knowledge
* Comfortable with a mix of remote communication and in-person meetings
