Eightfold Professional are a dynamic and independent valuation firm specialising in the valuation of residential and commercial real estate assets principally for loan security purposes. We are a highly experienced team with a focused approach to property. Our close knit team bring a diverse wealth of experience in various property sectors and specialisms. We currently undertake work for over 70 lenders, including high street banks, specialist lenders, private funds and financial institutions together with local government valuation contracts. We are early adopters of transformative technology to streamline our report delivery process.
We primarily undertake secured lending valuation, with the rest being private valuation / red book valuation work.
We currently have physical office addresses in Central London (Soho), Brighton, Hove, Bristol & Manchester. We are looking for the right person in any of these locations, although potential to add office address for correct person working elsewhere. We employ a flexible working model, with successful candidates able to choose remote / hybrid / office working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct accurate valuations of commercial and residential properties for loan security.
* Prepare valuation reports and present findings to clients.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including lenders, clients and internal team members.
* Manage projects simultaneously, ensuring meeting deadlines for report delivery.
Requisite Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
* MRICS or FRICS qualification and current registered valuer status.
* Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
* Strong report writing abilities with a high attention to detail.
Benefits:
* Basic Salary – negotiable depending on experience. Salaries in the region of £50,000 - £75,000.
