Commercial Property Lawyer
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with at least 4 years of relevant experience to join a highly accredited, Legal 500 regional practice with offices across Surrey and London. The successful candidate will join a specialist team known for providing sound legal advice to clients.
The role involves managing a busy caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, granting and taking new leases and subleases, lease surrenders, renewals, assignments, extensions, advising on landlord and tenant matters, development work, and auction sales and purchases.
