You must be keen to recruit, train and develop team members to become industry leaders able to motivate and manage their own fundraising teams. About the role Previous door to door or Direct Fundraising experience Have a track record in leading and motivating teams. Have a Passion for our charities. Take ownership for your area. Train new marketing executives (Door-to-Door Canvassers). Update and refine sales pitches and procedures. Conduct door-to-door canvassing to validate updated sales scripts. Assist in the recruitment of new marketing executives. Good numerate and written communication skills.
