Do you have an interest in marketing? If you’re creative, detail orientated and keen to learn, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. We’re seeking a highly organised individual to join our Customer Experience, Marketing and Operations Team at AXA Health.

You’ll contribute to the shaping and delivery of the strategic intent for our team across all our audiences including Individual, SME and Corporate and Intermediaries.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:


* Support the delivery of AXA Health annual customer experience, marketing, and operational plans.
* Execute allocated marketing campaigns and projects to drive high engagement and interest in our services.
* Manage approvals and liaise with stakeholders across the business to deliver projects in a timely, compliant, and cost-effective way.
* Support the wider team with any ongoing tasks including tracking and reporting.
* Constructively challenge to ensure we are operating at the right pace.
* Act as a marketing role model and customer champion.

What you’ll bring:

* Good understanding of marketing, ideally within a regulated environment with an interest in developing your marketing skills – essential.
* Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills - essential.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive approach to problem solving, can work under pressure.
* Articulate with the ability to brief internal stakeholders and external partners with clarity and confidence.
* High level of numeracy and good attention to detail.


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
