Were working with a brilliant, independent studio who are looking for a Midweight Producer to join their growing team. Theyre a small, nimble and genuinely collaborative group, known for delivering standout events and brand activations for an exciting mix of clients across the lifestyle and sports space.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the work - youll have real ownership across projects, working end-to-end from initial briefing through to live delivery. The role:
Youll be leading and supporting the delivery of a range of experiential projects - from brand activations to live events - ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time and on budget. Youll work closely with creatives, suppliers and clients, keeping communication clear and solutions-focused throughout.
What youll be doing:
* Managing projects end-to-end across events and activations
* Building timelines, budgets and production plans
* Leading on-site delivery and troubleshooting when needed
* Managing suppliers, freelancers and internal teams
* Maintaining strong, positive client relationships
What theyre looking for:
* Solid experience in a Producer role within events, activations or experiential
* Confidence running projects independently
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure
* A proactive, hands‑on approach with a positive attitude
* Someone who enjoys working as part of a close, collaborative team
The setup:
* A hybrid model with 3 days in their Hackney studio and 2 days WFH, offering a great balance of team collaboration and flexibility.
