Overview
We are recruiting for maternity cover and permanent Rotational Booking Administrators within the Imaging CT and MRI departments. The successful candidate should be able to work well under pressure, be organised with excellent attention to detail, and work both independently and as part of a team. You will liaise confidently with staff at all levels and be willing to learn. This role may involve a rotating shift pattern within our specialist areas to broaden skills and knowledge and support colleagues in different departments. Shift work and weekend working are required. MRI is a 12 month maternity cover. CT has a 12 month maternity cover (part-time) and a full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities
* Provide high quality administrative support to the department.
* Perform typing, reception duties, customer service, database maintenance, booking appointments and meetings, filing, organising and booking meeting rooms, and general administrative tasks.
* Act as a key point of contact for the department; communicate professionally and courteously.
* Answer general queries and explain information related to the department.
