Job Description
* Acting on high‑profile, complex real estate finance transactions for leading clients across key sectors* Taking on early responsibility, including managing parts of transactions independently with partner support* Working across multi‑jurisdictional matters that require a commercial mindset and strong technical grounding* Contributing to client relationships, business development initiatives and wider team projects* Supported by a global network, collaborative colleagues and industry‑leading training* Option to be based in London or Bristol, with hybrid working and flexibility built in
The Successful Applicant
* Ideally 4-6 PQE gained in Real Estate Finance at a high‑quality international or national firm* Strong academic background* Commercial mindset with the confidence to engage directly with clients* Interest in business development and building long‑term client relationships* Comfortable working in a high‑performing environment with a strong team culture* Open to new technology and progressive legal solutions
