Your Role
As a Roadside Mechanic, you will be at the forefront of our operations, providing exceptional roadside support to our members. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering face-to-face assistance to members during breakdowns.
* Offering technical support and solutions to ensure a smooth recovery.
* Utilizing the latest vehicle technology with support from our technical team.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
* Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
* A customer-focused approach and a full UK driving licence.
* Flexibility to work at short notice and willingness to travel, including overnight stays if necessary.
Working Conditions
This role involves working the equivalent of 40 hours per week without a set roster. You will receive your schedule seven days in advance, with core hours communicated three days prior. Your shifts will fall between 0600 and 0200, including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
