About the role Within this Residential Conveyancer role, you will be working on your own caseload of matters such as: Sales Purchases Changes of ownership Transfer of equity Freehold Leasehold As well as this, you will be taking part in Business Initiatives, building up your own network and supporting more junior members of the team. About You The successful candidate will ideally have 3 years' experience within Residential Property law, has excellent client care skills, is able to work well as part of a team and is confident in their own ability.
