Job Summary

About Us
* GMS practice with approximately 11,300 patients
* Currently 3 GP partners, 3 salaried GPs, 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
* Excellent Nursing Team – 5 Practice Nurses (DSN & RSN) and 3 HCAs
* On‑site Care Navigation, Reception, Administration and Management teams
* CQC good rating and high QOF achievement
* GP Registrar training practice
* No premises buy‑in required; purpose‑built premises available
* Member of the North Solihull PCN – a collaboration of 6 local practices providing high‑quality centralised services. ARRS includes paramedics, a pharmacy team, FCPs, nursing associate, health and wellbeing coaches, care navigators and social prescribers.
Main Duties
* GP Partner actively participating in all areas of the business, from patient‑facing care to back‑office QOF work.
* Supporting all staff to continue the upward trajectory of business excellence.
* GP Patient‑Facing and Duty GP responsibilities.
* Supervising ARRS staff.
* Supporting salaried GPs, ANPs and the treatment room team.
* Supporting Care Navigation Team.
* Supporting management and all practice staff.
* Attending practice meetings.
* Proactively developing the business with new ideas and digital enhancements.
Qualifications

* Experienced GP
