What You Will Contribute: The Admin & Accounts Assistant will provide essential support to both the administrative and finance teams. This role involves handling daily administrative responsibilities as well as assisting with basic / general accounting tasks. This role will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while d elivering excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Job Duties: Set up new customers and vendors in the ERP system to ensure accurate onboarding and data integrity. Maintain and update customer records in both Salesforce and the ERP system. Assist in completing supplier vendor forms. Perform daily administrative tasks including responding to internal and external emails, answering phone calls, scanning, and filing. Collaborate with internal departments, including international teams, to support cross-functional operations. Respond to customer and vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Enter financial data accurately and ensure the integrity of information across systems. Support monthly closing procedures and assist the finance team as needed. Provide ad hoc support to the broader accounting team when required. Follow health and safety protocols, including completing 5S tasks within the assigned team. Education and Experience: Interest in working towards AAT level 2 or above. 0-1 years of experience - e xperience in Working in an Office Environment for a minimum of 1 year desired. Qualifications: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong organisation and time management skills. Experience with accounts software such as LX/Salesforce. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Work Standards: Setting high standards of performance for self and others; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.
