Key Practice AreasFinance Acting for a broad client base, from SME lenders through to leading UK credit and motor finance providersLocal Authority Advising councils across England & Wales with business rates and council tax recovery, including complex enforcement workHousing Representing major accommodation providers across the private rental, student, and Build to Rent sectorsWho Theyre Looking For
Solicitors (from NQ) with experience in civil litigation and/or debt recovery
Experienced debt recovery fee earners
Fee earners and paralegals from Personal Injury, Credit Hire, or Housing Disrepair backgrounds who are open to retraining into a new practice area
