An excellent opportunity for a driven Associate Project Manager to join a growing healthcare sector. Leads junior staff, manages consultants and stakeholders, and supports the regional lead in expanding client relationships. Combines strong project management and business development skills to deliver solutions and drive growth across complex client programmes.
You’ll be responsible for:
1. Managing safety, quality and compliance across all delivery activities.
2. Overseeing end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring programme, budget and stakeholder alignment.
3. Managing client, consultant and senior stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration.
4. Providing strategic direction, governance and best‑practice leadership.
5. Delivering design, procurement and sequencing plans.
6. Supporting business growth and reporting activities.
7. Driving continuous improvement and sustainability outcomes.
8. Managing, developing and empowering multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll need to have:
9. Proven healthcare or life sciences project delivery expertise with strong commercial acumen.
10. Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) with NEC4 accreditation.
11. Experienced in winning work, growing accounts and leading diverse teams.
12. Skilled in senior stakeholder management, public‑sector governance and sustainability considerations.
