What do the team do?
This role sits within the Finance team and works closely with the Facilities Manager to run day-to-day operations across Price Bailey offices. You will be the main point of contact for contractors and staff to ensure a safe and efficient working environment that meets the needs of the practice.
Responsibilities
* Monitor preventative and reactive maintenance across all offices; log and schedule contractor site visits on the facilities management ticket system (CAFM).
* Be the main point of contact for contractors and staff during maintenance visits.
* Review maintenance service reports and book recommended remedial works.
* Respond to general enquiries and log them on the CAFM system.
* Monitor safe working practices across all offices, including contractor health and safety processes.
* Assist with office moves, refurbishments and new supplier tenders.
* Check supplier invoices and prepare budget information.
Experience and qualifications
* Experience in a Facilities Administration / Coordinator role (minimum criteria).
* Understanding of office health and safety requirements (minimum criteria).
* Good planning and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
* Proficiency with MS Office applications.
