With over 4,000 experts across technology, digital, design, data, and consulting, they partner with major organisations to solve complex challenges and build a positive human future.
They’re now expanding their Digital & Data Architecture team and looking for Solution Architects who can shape modern, scalable technology solutions across diverse sectors.

This consultancy brings together strategists, engineers, product leaders, and technologists to design and deliver impactful digital solutions. They operate across the UK, US, Nordics, Ireland, and Europe, supporting clients in sectors including financial services, government, defence, energy, utilities, transport, health, and manufacturing.
You’ll join a collaborative, trust-based environment that values technical excellence, curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning with clear progression pathways, including a pure technical career route (no requirement to move into Partner-level roles unless you want to).
Your Role as a Solution Architect
You’ll join a high-performing Digital & Data team, working closely with engineers, product teams, designers, and cross-functional experts to deliver robust, scalable solutions across cloud, data, and application architectures.
You will help clients navigate modernisation, cloud adoption, digital transformation, and complex change bringing structure, clarity, and technical leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Solution Architect
* Create and assure key architecture artefacts such as high-level designs, technical options papers, and key design decisions.
* Lead architectural vision and establish architectural guardrails across engineering teams.
* Work directly with senior stakeholders to shape business cases, estimate costs, and plan transformation roadmaps.
* Operate across architecture domains (Business, Data, Application, Technology, Security), with deeper specialism in at least one.
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex technical problems in fast-paced environments.
* Work to agile best practices (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and support both client-facing and internal innovation initiatives.
* Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, Architecture Frameworks: TOGAF, Zachman, MODAF, Modelling: UML, ArchiMate, Ardoq, Ways of working: Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
* Hybrid working: typically 2+ days per week in the office or on client site, depending on project needs.
* This organisation believes in using the right tech for the right problem, and architects are empowered to influence solution direction.
What You’ll Bring as a Solution Architect
* You’re a hands-on technical leader with real engineering credibility who can move comfortably between deep technical detail and high-level architectural strategy.
* A background in software engineering/ software development with experience leading technical or engineering teams.
* Practical understanding of architecture principles, methodologies, and delivery practices.
* Ability to operate across multiple architecture domains with specialism in at least one (e.g., data, application, integration, cloud, security).
* Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and comfort working in complex environments.
* Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups and communicate technical direction clearly.
* Certifications across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe, Agile) are highly beneficial.
