Evolve the custom bespoke platform architecture and lead development in a hands-on coding and deployment role, working with the founders to set the roadmap, priorities and steer the engineering direction, whilst mentoring engineers and raising the bar on tech and defining best practice.
The Head of Platforms role is offered on a hybrid working set up, with ideally 2 days a week in northern Oxfordshire and the salary offering is up to £90,000 depending on experience.
