About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our residential children's home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support to young people.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled leader who can demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our residents. You will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and implementing best practices in residential childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the residential children's home, ensuring that all aspects of care and support meet the highest standards.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for our residents, including education, health, and wellbeing.
* Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of staff who share our values and commitment to excellence.
* Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure seamless delivery of services and shared goals.
What We Are Looking For
We want someone who shares our passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young people. To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role, ideally within the residential childcare sector.
* At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
* A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel as required.
* The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
