We are looking for a creative and passionate Activities Lead to bring daily joy, connection, and purpose to the lives of our residents. Whether it is music and movement, crafts, baking, or a simple cuppa and chat, you will be the driving force behind moments that truly matter. What We Offer £30,576 per annum (equivalent to £14.70 per hour) Pension Onsite parking Paid DBS Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) What You’ll Be Doing You will lead the planning and delivery of a varied and engaging programme of activities that reflect the interests and needs of our residents. Working closely with the care team, you will ensure activities are person-centred and aligned with individual care plans. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, helping each person feel connected, seen, and valued. You will also monitor participation, gather feedback, and continually adapt the programme to make it as enjoyable and inclusive as possible.
