About the role:
As our Resourcing Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our internal Resourcing function. You’ll support recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes running smoothly, efficiently, and with a continuous improvement mindset.

What does this role involve day to day?
1. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
2. Reporting & Analytics: Produce regular dashboards, insights, and tracking reports to help the team and the business make data‑driven decisions
3. Assessment Centre Support: Lead the logistics for early careers assessment centres—including candidate communication, preparation materials, scheduling, and on‑the‑day coordination
4. Candidate Experience: Act as a friendly, informed and supportive point of contact for all candidates throughout their hiring journey
5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, modernise ways of working, and implement best practice
6. Employer Branding: Support team initiatives that showcase our culture, values and opportunities to the external market
What We’re Looking For:
7. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
8. A natural communicator who is empathetic, responsive, and candidate‑centric
9. Comfortable working with data, reports, and tracking tools (Excel, ATS, dashboards, etc.)
10. Someone who brings fresh ideas and embraces change
11. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
12. Experience in recruitment, HR, coordination or similar roles is beneficial (but not essential)
