Who You Are
You’re the type who actually likes order. Numbers make sense to you. Chaos makes you itch - so you fix it. You’ve got some bookkeeping chops, you don’t shy away from juggling multiple roles, and you secretly get satisfaction when everything balances to zero.
What You’ll Do
* Keep our office running smoother than a well-oiled gearbox.
* Handle the numbers: transactions, invoices, reconciliations. (QuickBooks/Xero fans welcome).
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, teammates - you’re the glue.
* Give HR a hand: onboarding, contracts, staff docs.
* Manage stock, process orders, prepare reports (yep, you’ll touch it all).
* Be the person who steps up when a “who’s handling this?” moment happens.
What You Bring
* Experience in business assistance, office management, or similar.
* Bookkeeping background — you know your debits from credits.
* Organisation that borders on obsession.
* A cool head in a busy environment.
* And yes — you need to be in Brentford, London.
