If you love retail, you're in the right place. We are recruiting for an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to join the team!
Let's talk about the job: No two days are the same here at Savers, and the ideal Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant has a positive can-do attitude, loves getting involved, and works well as part of a team. You are all about making our customers feel great and leaving them with that Savers smile. You are the hero in store who ensures our store standards are impeccable. We recognize you are the future leaders of Savers. The challenge doesn’t stop there — our Sales Assistants are well known in their store for connecting with the local community and offering our customers the best deals on the high street.
Your training will take place in store over the first 12 months, so no college days and no homework! At the end of your training period, you will complete a discussion.

You qualify if:
* You have a grade 4 / C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths
* You are not currently in any form of education and are available for full-time shifts
* You HAVEN'T completed a Retail Apprenticeship before
* You are eligible to work in the UK
* You are brand new to retail

Assessment will include your experiences, a multiple-choice test, and an observation within your role. You will be supported throughout by your team and your assessor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
