Workshop Manager
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our expert team and deliver outstanding results in vehicle restoration.
Please note that as part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to attend an assessment centre on 1st July 2026. Candidates should be prepared to allocate approximately half a day.

As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Production Workshop. You’ll oversee site operations, ensure performance targets are met, and maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
Responsibilities of a Workshop Manager will include:
* Driving productivity and team performance
* Leading by example to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld
* Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
* Supporting, guiding, and developing your team to achieve excellence
* Maintaining clear and consistent communication with the Production Director
* Ensuring the workshop remains well-organised, compliant, and customer-focused
Skills and experience required as a Workshop Manager:
We’re seeking a hands-on leader with a strong background in automotive repair and a passion for high standards. You’ll bring:
* 5+ years of experience in a bodyshop or automotive environment
* Proven people management and leadership skills
* Expertise in modern repair techniques and quality assurance
* A customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
