Role
We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our team, ideally based within reach of our office in Brierley Hill.
Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Supply Chain and manage relationships between Arc Legal and external supply chain partners, including outsource partners with claims handling/helpline authority and solicitors.
* Maintain relationships with multiple suppliers, coordinating activities and workflows across the supply chain.
* Negotiate contract terms and contribute to upskilling the wider team within Supply Chain.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience managing supplier relationships and contracts in a supply chain environment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and drive continuous improvement.
* Strong communication and coordination skills; comfortable working with external partners and internal teams.
