(Turns out, less really can be more.) What you’ll actually do Lead the finance team and make the numbers mean something. Keep IT in check, systems that work and budgets that behave. Turn forecasts and reports into action, not just paperwork. Ask “why?” when people say, “we’ve always done it this way.” Coach, inspire, and occasionally remind people that they can do better. What we need from you Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with senior leadership experience. Big-picture thinker who can still dive into the detail. Confident enough to challenge the board, humble enough to listen. Experienced in improving processes, delivering results, and occasionally saving the day.
