Key responsibilities
* Build and manage your own HR consultancy business.
* Network and secure clients through our referral and marketing programs.
* Prioritize client needs and deliver customised HR solutions.
* Use our business development resources, marketing collateral, and 1‑2‑1 coaching.
* Maintain compliance with UK HR legislation, including ERA2025.
Qualifications
* Experienced HR Specialist, Director or equivalent.
* CIPD qualified.
* Authorized to live and work in the UK.
* Strong consulting, communication and business development skills.
