This is a pivotal role within the construction team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of mechanical and electrical building services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and public sector developments.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all building services activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Lead and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.

Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, health, and safety standards.

Review design documentation and contribute to value engineering and risk management processes.

Candidate Requirements:
