We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading housing provider based on the outskirts of Exeter. This is a temporary opportunity expected to last between 2 weeks and 1 month, offering an immediate start and weekly pay.
This is a busy, phone-based role focused on speaking with tenants, completing surveys, and accurately recording information on internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to tenants
* Complete census questionnaires over the phone
* Conduct tenant satisfaction surveys
* Accurately record responses and update systems
* Build rapport with customers and encourage participation
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous customer service or outbound calling experience
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Reliable and organised approach to work
