The Company
Our client is a management consultancy providing their clientswith cost management services. Their services cover a wide range of business expenses,including telecommunications (fixed lines, systems, data & mobile phones),energy, water and business rates. They perform detailed analysis for theirclients and prepare recommendations for how they can become more costeffective.
The Position
Job Title:
Level 3 Business Administrator
18 Months + EPA
Location:
FolkestoneCT20
Working Hours:
40hours per week. Choice of either 8am-4.30pm or 9am-5.30pm.
£13,300 per annum
Roleand Responsibilities:
Responsibilities would depend on theApprentice's capabilities, but could include the following:
· Cost analysis & problem solving.
· Supplier liaison (incl. tendering, bill chasing & problemsolving).
· Documentation organisation.
· Ongoing monitoring of clients’ costs/bills & calculatesavings.
Requirements
Desired Qualities,Skills and Knowledge:
* Computer literate (ideally Microsoft Word & Excel).
* Good numerate and communication/writing skills.
* Ability to learn/understand new areas
* GCSE grades 9 – 4 (A* - C) in Mathematics and EnglishLanguage
* Pleasant and friendly
* Team player

Future Prospects
Any successful applicant that performs well duringthe apprenticeship period (12 - 18 months) will subsequently be offered apermanent position, along with a significant increase in salary. Longer term, this position could lead to arole as business analyst/management consultant for the right candidate. We alsocomplete annual appraisals including pay reviews.
