Job type: Full time, 12-month FTC Location: Farnham Salary: £30,000–£40,000 including Car Allowance uncapped commission (OTE £50,000) (£45,000 FTC 12 months) Uncapped commission structure Car allowance included Key Responsibilities: Create and build a strong sales pipeline, ensuring the CRM is updated with accurate, high-quality notes following all client communication Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities across the UK Identify and secure cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and profitability Arrange and attend meetings with key clients and introducers to review portfolios and identify growth opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and professionally overcoming objections Submit regular progress reports to the Sales Director Complete daily administration tasks to ensure a responsive and reliable service Collaborate with clients to create campaigns that increase engagement and account size, including site visits, promotions, and marketing initiatives Attend networking events to generate new leads and strengthen industry presence Gather client feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a sales role Proven telesales or appointment setting experience Previous experience within account management Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to identify new business opportunities and exceed sales targets Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Resilient, energetic, and target-driven approach to sales Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Our Ideal Candidate: A confident B2B sales professional who enjoys generating new business A relationship builder capable of growing and maintaining key accounts A self-motivated and target-focused individual with a proactive mindset Someone comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider sales team How to Apply: If you have the experience, drive, and ambition to succeed in this role, we would really like to hear from you.
