Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced/qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our UK Wastewater Services (UKWWS) team, supporting water utility companies by improving sewage sites across the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
* Install, commission, set up and test water filtration systems on sewage sites.
* Carry out site inspections, fault finding and compile survey reports for quotation purposes.
* Access and interpret technical instructions using mobile electronic equipment.
* Work at heights, in confined spaces and outside on sites connected with wastewater (sewage).
* Work away from home on a regular basis, requiring overnight stays.
* Work in some of our workshops across the country on occasion.
* Work as a team with other staff and trades within the business.
Qualifications
* Current valid driving licence.
* City & Guilds qualified.
* Completed a recognised mechanical apprenticeship.
