Job Title: Specification Sales Manager - Brick & Masonry

Area to be covered: London (inside North and South Circular)
Remuneration: £55,000-£60,000 + Uncapped Commission

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Brick & Masonry will involve:
Field sales position selling a distributed range of bricks and masonry products including pre-fabricated components
Architectural specification led role
Initially 100%% of your time selling into and influencing architects, once established in the role 70% architect focussed and 30% dealing with D&B contractors, main contractors and sub contractors
Working on projects up to £10m
One established in the role (typically year 3) expected revenue target £3m+
Currently lots of social housing and residential projects, but can include most sectors; commercial, healthcare, education, leisure etc.
Typically 36+ customer visits per month
