Clarke Energy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our dedicated Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering accurate management accounts and supporting essential financial processes across our UK operations.
Key Responsibilities
Management Accounts & Financial Support
* Assist with the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
* Prepare intercompany reconciliations, including loan revaluations and commission calculations.
* Produce monthly P&L movement analysis and support the reconciliation of accruals, prepayments, and service-related items.
* Support the preparation of month-end balance sheet reconciliations and associated reporting (debtors, creditors, stock).
* Update exchange rates within the finance system and ensure accuracy across related reporting.
Financial Planning, Reporting & Compliance
