Location : Edinburgh EH8 Salary: £15.43ph Working Patterns: 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days. Key Responsibilities: We are currently looking for a strong Team Leader/Supervisor for a brand-new site, to oversea our retail space. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of two and must have previous experience in a supervisory or management role. Candidates should also have: Barista skills, A strong background in either contract catering or restaurants, Good knowledge of health and food safety standards, Excellent leadership and communication skills Observing Safety and Hygiene legislation.
