We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to our clients across Norwich and Surrounding Area in Care Homes and in clients own independent homes.
Your Role
As a Health Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, ensuring they receive the best possible care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing assistance and companionship to people in their own homes.
* Provide assistance and support to Care Homes when required.
* Providing advice, support, and assisting with personal care.
* Helping with meal preparation, cooking, and serving meals.
* Assisting with household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
* Administering medication according to Care Plans and MAR charts.
* Ensuring confidentiality, respect, privacy, and dignity for all Service Users.
* Providing care to individuals in need, including end of life needs.
* Following policies and procedures.
* Maintaining dignity and respect to service users at all times.

What We Need From You
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Experience in the Health Care Sector, full training will be provided.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure.
* The right to work in the UK.
* Ability to work in different environments such as in clients homes and Care Homes.
Job Types: Full time, Part time, Zero Hour Contracts
Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour depending on location of work
